F150 1990 Clutch Not Release Floor

There was no fluid in the clutch master cylinder so i filled it up and clutch still wont work and the fluid level is still topped off.

You are down under the vehicle remove the rubber boot on the side of the trans and look in to see any damage to the clutch release bearing or pressure plate it may be.
